Return & Exchanges – Within 7 Days

Products purchased at full price are eligible for Return and exchange within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
To qualify, items must be in original, unused condition, with:

  • All original packaging

  • Price labels and inserts intact

Refunds – Within 7 Days

Full-priced items can be returned for a cash refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be exchanged according to our policy.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details and COD amount.

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment issues (e.g. card declined)

Important:
If you refuse to accept an order upon delivery, The Homely Weft is not liable for any refund or compensation.

International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

Tip: Take a photo of the parcel and invoice before opening to assist us in resolving any issue swiftly.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
